What is Advanced Allergy Therapeutics?

Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT) offers a unique and highly effective approach for treating many symptoms associated with allergies and sensitivities. AAT is a precision-based therapy that evolved from over 20 years of collaborative research from health care professionals in the fields of Acupuncture, Naturopathy, and Chiropractic.

AAT treats the organ systems involved in an overreaction. AAT does not treat the immune system; instead, the therapy focuses on inappropriate reactions to a harmless substance in relation to the organ systems.

Through AAT, we can produce rapid, long-term results for the relief of associated symptoms. AAT merges 21st-century science with 3,000-year-old Traditional Acupuncture and traditional Naturopathic Medicine principles in offering an effective alternative in the treatment of symptoms associated with allergies and sensitivities.

AAT is a painless, non-invasive, and drug-free approach where we can test for over 33,000 different allergies and food sensitivities.

What is the Difference Between Allergies and Sensitivities?

The difference between allergies and sensitivities is the way the body responds. A food allergy causes your immune system to respond and react. A food sensitivity or intolerance is triggered by the digestive system.

Symptoms of food intolerance include gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, cramping, and nausea.

Symptoms of a food allergy include hives, swelling, itching, anaphylaxis, and dizziness.

According to the British Allergy Foundation, food sensitivities are more common than food allergies.

What about allergies other than food?

An allergy is caused by some type of error message the body receives. For instance, why does one person have a reaction to dust or pollen and someone else does not have a reaction to it? When your body has an error message it reacts to harmless substances which trigger an immune response. Coughing, sneezing, congestion, itching, hives, wheezing, watery eyes can all be a reaction to these harmless substances.

Whether you have a food sensitivity, airborne allergy or food allergy patients have gotten tremendous results with AAT.

What Makes AAT Unique and Successful?

Traditional Medicine can only test and treat for less than 100 different allergies and they can do nothing for food allergies.

Allergy shots take 3-5 years before any results can be seen and allergy shots have a success rate of about 40%.

We typically see a 90% success rate with AAT. The reason for this is due to the fact we can test for over 33,000 different allergies and food sensitivities. AAT has shown that avoidance doesn't have to be the answer.

The typical patient can be seen once a week for about 4-14 weeks. Some patients see improvement immediately while others can take longer. This depends on the patient’s response to treatment and how many allergies they have.

Does AAT Treat Anaphylaxis or Anaphylactic Symptoms?

AAT does not treat cases of anaphylaxis or life-threatening symptoms. Strict avoidance is always advised.

What Cases Cannot Be Treated And Why?

AAT cannot guarantee results. While AAT may be highly effective in the relief of many symptoms associated with allergies or sensitivities, some cases do not respond.
