Whole Food Supplements

As a result of the Standard American Diet (SAD), most people do not get the nutrients their body needs to heal and repair itself.

The whole food supplements we recommend ensures your body gets the nutritional support it needs.

Finding the Answer
to Your Symptoms

Nutrition Response Testing targets the problems in your body that might have been previously overlooked. When we address your nutritional needs, your body has the nutritional support to heal and recover more quickly.

What is Nutrition Response Testing?

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive technique that allows the doctor to communicate with your body in order to determine the underlying cause of your body’s aches, pains, and symptoms. Once this is determined we design a unique plan for the patient that addresses their nutritional needs through whole food supplements that help the body to repair from within.

We also utilize in our determination a Heart Rate Variability test. This test is painless and gives us an insight as to how your nervous system is communicating with your body. When the nervous system is unable to communicate with your body properly it can affect your ability to heal and function.

When your nervous system is not functioning at 100% and your body is lacking vital nutrients, you can understand why you are suffering from ill health. Nutrition Response Testing is the key to understanding why your body is unable to repair itself and it is the answer to restoring your health.

Will I Benefit from Nutrition Response Testing?

Are you sick of not feeling well? Do you want to regain your health and remain healthy? Then there is an excellent chance Nutrition Response Testing will benefit you.

For instance, if you ever wonder, "will a diet and exercise program benefit me and help me feel better?", the answer, of course, is yes! You can look at Nutrition Response Testing the same way.

Finding out why your body is in a state of ill health and addressing this with whole food nutritional supplements can help your body to recover and heal.

How Do I Know What Supplements I Should Be Taking?

If you ever walked into a health food store, read a book, or article on nutrition, you probably ended up more confused about what you should be taking.

Take this supplement for your heart and this is good for digestion, oh, this one is great for your brain, etc. Patients can end up taking 40 or more different supplements every day because they really do not know what their body needs. And guess what? Even after taking all of those supplements patients weren't feeling any better.

For the most part, they are treating their symptoms and not addressing the real cause of their declining health.

A perfect example of this is people who suffer from acid reflux. The medical profession will tell you that your body is producing too much acid and they recommend antacids. The real cause of acid reflux is not that your body is producing too much acid, but because it is not producing enough acid. Your body can’t digest the food you eat because it is not producing enough acid and digestive enzymes.

Here’s a thought, if the drugs you are now taking actually healed your body instead of masking symptoms you would not have to take them forever. How long do you need to wear a band-aid for? Only until your body heals the area it is protecting. You don’t have to wear a band-aid forever.
Nutritional Response Testing takes the guesswork out of what you think your body needs and helps us accurately determine what nutrients you are lacking. With Nutritional Response Testing we can target the areas where your body needs nutritional support and help your body recover and heal.

I Thought I Ate Well...Can't I Just Eat Better?

Making better health choices through diet is a great start to feeling better. Cutting out refined foods, avoiding fast food, artificially manufactured ingredients and of course sugars is a step in the right direction.

The scary fact is the fruits and vegetables we eat today do not have the same nutritional content of those foods our great grandparents ate.

A study done at Austin’s Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry was published in December 2004 in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition found the following; from 1950 and 1999 for 43 different vegetables and fruits, they found “reliable declines” in the amount of protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, riboflavin (vitamin B2) and vitamin C over the past half-century.

Another study from the Kushi Institute found that average calcium levels in 12 fresh vegetables dropped 27 percent; iron levels 37 percent; vitamin A levels 21 percent, and vitamin C levels 30 percent. "...one would have to eat eight oranges today to derive the same amount of Vitamin A as our grandparents would have gotten from one.”

When you add to this the GMOs, pollution, stress, and the fact that drugs deplete nutrients from our bodies you can see how important it is to get proper whole foods nutrients, so our body can regain a natural balance to being healthy.

What Will I Expect During My First Visit?

During your first visit, Dr. Goldstein will evaluate how your nervous system is functioning through a Heart Rate Variability Test. The next test uses Applied Kinesiology to analyze different areas on the surface of the body that relate to the health and flow of energy in your organs and how this affects the functioning of your body. Dr. Goldstein will then be able to design a plan that addresses your nutritional needs.
